We are going to save you the trouble of looking at it: yes, this is Dudley Dursley, also known as actor Harry Melling, who plays the villain pharma-bro Steven Merrick! The Fans are delighted that they recognize the actor, it looks very different from his days as Harry Potter pampered, spoiled cousin.
