However, the owner of Adnan Sen, who originally bought the land and built the mansion, seems to think that he knows that the property is worth and will not let it go for less than what he wants.
In the show, viewers see Adnan apparently giving Davina a hard time for not being able to sell the house. So much so that she brings in Christine Quinn to help her sell. Christine to be a bit more realistic that Davina is going with the tough questions for Adnan, and who is not impressed when he does not want to answer simple, such as how much he paid for the land to build. So, what Adnan the offer?
Adnan, who is originally from Turkey, owns and runs Sen Propertiesa luxury real estate development of the company. He has built his career doing what he did with the $75 million home — purchase of housing, the construction of glamour house, sell, repeat. But the fierce vibrations that emit in the program may not be fully accurate, according to Davina. She said recently that ScreenRant Adnan is in reality a very good guy. “Is Adnan a really nice guy and not as scary as it seems on the show? A hundred percent. He is the boy more sweet and I think the hams for the camera, and I appreciate that.” She also says that she seems nervous around you in the show, because she was not prepared for the act that she was putting in.
Davina also said that Adnan and his wife Begum, who is a model and philanthropist, are still living in the $75 million households, and that are not super motivated to sell because they are very happy there. He also pointed out that Adnan has other properties in the works, which makes sense for a luxury real estate. As for that $75 million home that’s still on the market, maybe we will see that to sell if the show gets a fourth season.
