Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler are back together again! On the 19th of July, as a reminder of days gone by, Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay reunited in an Instagram post, which Mariska captioned: “it Is in.” While I’m not at all sure what is “in,” I know that the pair are back and looking better than ever. I mean, come on, the shirt unbuttoned, the smiles on their faces, is really too much to this fan’s heart.
It is no secret that the two have been friends for a long time, with Chris saying during The Paley Center Welcomes Law & Order: SVU Special that “hit it off right from the beginning.” They have also appeared on each other’s Instagrams over the years (photos of what may or may not have been saved in my phone), showing that their bond has continued since that Chris initially to the left Law & Order: SVU in 2011, after 12 seasons. In addition to Chris new Stabler focused on the series Law And Order: Organized Crimethe actor is to appear in Law & Order: SVU‘s of the season 22 premiere. Fortunately, this means that we need more of Christopher and Mariska content to look forward to!
