Even as we near two decades since its launch, Uptown Girls it is still very much loved and regarded as a testament to the Brittany Murphy infinite charm, as well as her chemistry with Dakota Fanning, who was only eight years old at the time. In a recent virtual appearance in Watch What Happens LiveDakota , he remembered briefly about how to work with the late actress in the film.
On what she learned of Brittany, Dakota told host Andy Cohen, “Oh man. She taught me to always have fun.” Dakota continued, “it was a ray of light, and had a playful spirit.
