Alicia Keys has just turned up watching cartoons in a lesson about the manifestation of the peace and the channeling of your inner warrior, and we are fully here. In a video shared to his Instagram account on Monday, Alicia explained that while it looks The Legend of Korra — a spin-off of Nickelodeon Avatar: The Last Airbender series — with their son Egypt, came to an important realization. “There is a moment when Korra feels a lot of fear and anxiety and feels nervous about really getting into your warrior energy,” said Alicia. “So your father says you have to talk about your fear, because if you stay in, you’re not really going to be able to figure out how to use it and how to create what you want from it.”
As someone who is accustomed to speak of optimism in the world and avoid their fears so as not to give too much attention, Alice was impressed by the revelation. “Even if I feel kind of negative, or if I feel unsafe, if I feel vulnerable, I’m going to keep talking, optimism, thinking that if I talk about you, you are going to come . . . but then I realized, ‘Wow! There is also energy in to talk about their fears,'” he said.
Alicia added that speech in which one feels it is a powerful method of healing, and he encouraged the fans to acknowledge their fears to become stronger mentally and emotionally. “You can use that [fear] to get to know each other better and to transform and change, and then become the warrior — touch in the warrior, the call already, like Korra,” said Alice. “Can you tap into your inner warrior, to talk about their fears, and may we all be brave.” Watch Alicia’s video full of talk about their inner fears ahead.
