Watch William and Kate to Host Bingo For a Care Home, Cardiff

William and Kate can add another skill to the list of things that are big in Bingo calls. On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge surprised the residents and their care workers in Shire Hall Care Home, in Cardiff, pretty much the host of a game of bingo.

Before the game began, Will and Kate spoke with three care workers to see how they were coping in the work. “How did you and the team managed to take care of themselves and their own mental health because, obviously, you are doing a lot of hours more and you’re a lot more involved,” He asked. “The morale in the house is lovely,” the worker responded, even though he did mention that the PPE that they are required to carry is very hot.

The royal couple got stuck in a game of bingo, calling the numbers as a professional. I then asked one of the residents (and game winner), Joan Drew-Smith: “How do we Do it in the bingo? We did WELL?”, to which she replied, “Very good. It was not as good as it should have been,” provoking the laughter of the duke and duchess and the other residents and staff.
