Netflix has finally released the trailer of his next fantasy series Damn, and whew, I’m already sweating. When the first teaser dropped on 18 June, we were already pretty sure of that Damn I was going to be an intense, mythical adventure with Katherine Langford badass character, Nimue, in its center.
The total length of the trailer that was released on Tuesday, confirms this (and much more) two minutes of pure high octane scenes. The trailer alludes to the evolution that Nimue is going to go through the series, since his mother’s tragic death and his quest in the return of the mysterious (and, we now know, cursed) sword of the powerful sorcerer, Merlin, in addition to their fight against the Red Paladins that are threatening the life of all folk magic. In this trailer, we’ve also finally gotten a glimpse of a budding romance between Langford and the characters of Arthur, played by the Australian-American actor Devon Terrell — and it looks pretty steam.
