Like many beloved sitcom casts that have been assembled to help the COVID-19 response to the pandemic, the cast of The community started to bring a bit of joy to their fans. On Monday, Donald Glover, Alison Brie, Joel McHale, Ken Jeong, Gillian Jacobs, and the rest of the cast is gathered in a table reading of the fifth season’s fourth episode “Cooperative Polygraphy.” The virtual meeting was held to raise funds for the World of the Central Kitchen and in the front line of Food, and includes special guest Pedro Pascal.
Of course, the The community gang gave fans their best, the re-creation of the scenes of the season-five episode, along with the creator Dan Harmon as the narrator. But what was probably one of the biggest highlights of the meeting had to be Pascal of rest half way through reading. The Mandalorian the actor — who was not part of the original episode of deal was standing in play at the time of real estate executor Mr. Stone, who was portrayed in the series by Walter Goggins. Obviously, Pascal did not realize how much the Lord of the Stone has to talk about liquid nitrogen-cooled cylinders of hyper-virile sperm in your scene, because when the time came to deliver that line in particular, the actor could not get through it. It breaks the character for a hot minute, completely unable to finish the sentence “hyper-virile sperm.” (Which is understandable, honestly.)
