As part of the course of Tonight Show segment of “Ask the Fallons,” Nancy and Jimmy Fallon took a moment during Tuesday’s episode to answer the questions about your wedding. After the couple first met in the recording of SNL in 2004, married in 2007, and it’s incredibly sweet to see them walk on the memory lane together — especially because, literally, share the same information at the same time. Your first tip? Not “get your wedding recorded on video.”
Despite the fact that originally I had planned to have a big wedding, a wild turn of events made Jimmy’s dream of tying the knot on Richard Branson’s island of reality. As he looked back on the memorable weekend, they both said, at the same time, how he remembered all of the animals, such as “the flamingos and giant tortoises.” Due to the speed of delivery, the wedding only had 12 people, including Drew Barrymore, who managed to stay with the couple and the staff of the island to celebrate the Boxing Day. Watch the full video to know more about whether or not Jimmy thought about quitting comedy and how Branson weddings on the island came to be, then look back at some of their cutest moments together.
