She also encouraged the graduates to keep standing strong and making a positive impact. “To the young women, our future leaders, I know that you are about to make the world turn. I see you. You are everything the world needs,” he said. “Making the movements of energy. Be excellent. And for the young people, the kings, lean on your vulnerability and redefine masculinity. Lead with the heart”.
The “Training” the singer arrived to uplift the marginalized groups, adding, “To all those who feel different, if you are part of a group called ‘other’, a group that does not have the opportunity to be the center of the scene, build your own scenario and make you see. Its rarity is beautiful, their Blackness is beautiful, your compassion, your understanding, your fight for the people who may be different from the one you is beautiful. I hope you will continue in the world and show them that you will never give up being yourself — that is your time. Make them see you.” Watch Beyoncé’s full speech in the video above!
