Ben Stiller paid a virtual visit to Jimmy Fallon on the The Tonight Show: Home Tuesday to share both hilarious and touching memoir of his late father, Jerry. The actor and comedian died at the age of 92 on May 11, and the Zoolander star recalled how his father “came around” and was “very, very supportive.”
One of Ben’s favorite memories of his father was when they attended Ben’s daughter, She in the fourth grade game. When he asked Jerry his thoughts on the performance of The Legend of Sleepy Hollowhis dad said, “I didn’t care for him.” “‘It was unbelievable . . . She had the commitment and she shone there, but I didn’t feel with the rest of the guys came up to him,” Ben shared with a laugh. “It’s so funny because it really bothered him!” Check out the interview above to hear more from the actor’s sweet memories of his father.
