Unsolved mysteries: What Happened to the King Rivera? Theories

Netflix is Unsolved Mysteries combines two of their reigning specialties: true crime and restarted. The 2020 refurbishment of the iconic TELEVISION program begins with a chilling cold case that’s equal parts tragic and peculiar. The May 16, 2006, 32-year-old residents of Baltimore Rey Rivera disappeared out of the blue. He had a new chance at life — a beautiful wedding to his wife Allison and a stable work with your friend Porter Stansberry. His disappearance struck the family and friends as well as strangers.

On the day of Rivera’s disappearance, his wife, Allison, had gone on a business trip. When she called in the night, he didn’t pick up. Allison rang Claudia, a colleague who was staying in his house. Claudia said that Rivera had left in a hurry after a night telephone conversation. The next morning, Claudia said Rivera had not yet returned. Allison went home immediately.

Rivera family searched tirelessly for him. That, finally, he found his car in a parking lot near the Hotel Belvedere. Eight days after he disappeared, Rivera, co-workers noticed flip-flops for a small hole in the underside of the roof the Belvedere Hotel. In the closed-door meeting of the room affected by the hole, investigators made a gruesome discovery: Rivera’s decomposed body, which apparently fell through the roof. Rivera had many injuries, including broken ribs, punctured lungs, and deep lacerations. Still, the details don’t quite add up — while his sandals appeared drawn and torn, your phone and glasses were practically intact. The police will not look further into the case, and the medical examiner did not determine cause of death.
