The trailer for Netflix’s second and final season of Beading fell on Thursday, and we’re in for a wild ride. The two-minute clip gets right into the drama, showing Tabitha Foster (Quintessa Swindell) and Moe Truax (Kiana Madeira), being questioned by the authorities, for an unknown reason. In view of the many illegal excursions from before (how to get revenge on Tabitha’s abusive ex-boyfriend by stealing, destroying, and sinking his car), that could have been taken in for, well, nothing. We no longer see Elodie Davis (Brianna Hildebrand) in the hot seat, we’re going to assume that she is still on the road and running away from home with the free spirit of a rock star Sabine (Kat Cunning).
But it seems that Elodie, Tabitha, and Moe — the Three MuskathievesI like to call them, eventually, have an epic encounter in the school with a new attitude. Unlike his secret alliance in the first chapter, which proudly strut down your high school hallway together as a public declaration of their friendship. By the looks of it, they need each other more than ever before, as they navigate the self-identity, new and old romances, toxic relations, after-school activities, and criminal activity — you know, things normal teenage.
