The cast of Lizzie McGuire is back together again! On Monday, Hilary Duff shared a video of the stars of the Disney Channel, the series making a virtual table read of the episode “Between a Rock and a Bra Place” of the first season: you know, the one that Lizzie yells to her mom that she wants a bra. Duff was also accompanied by Lalaine (Miranda), Adam Lamberg (Gordo), Jake Thomas (Matt), Ashlie Brillault (Kate), Robert carradine to star it (Sam), Hallie Todd (Jo), Davida Williams (Claire), and Kyle J. Downes (Larry). In addition to reading through the script, the cast could not stop singing the iconic theme of the song well.
A handful of stars recently reunited for the Lizzie McGuire reboot in Disney Plus. Thomas, carradine to star it, Todd, and Lamberg, they were ready to join Duff on the new show before it was put on hiatus due to creative differences. As a result, the original creator, Terri Minsky, stepped down as showrunner. Here is the hope that they can “figure it out on the way”, or at least make another virtual table to read.
