Jojo has been a serenade with his relatable and heart-wrenching songs from the year 2004, and their new acoustic version of “thinking of You” has us prepared to look wistfully out the window on a rainy day. The song is off of their new It is good to know acoustic album, released the July 10, and the video is just as passionate as the lyrics. In the video Jojo can be seen by recalling the ghosts of relationships past, thinking of the good times and the bad and trying to reconcile her feelings as she moves forward, all while wearing a mood-setting a large size knitted sweater.
This reduced version amplifies the song’s melancholy mood, and perfectly captures the nostalgia of reflection on the lack of love. If the rest of the album is this emotional, we’re definitely going to need something more than a box of tissues to get through it. Watch full “thinking of You” video here.
