The president of All Lodge North Lodge issued a statement after the Daily Mail published a story and photo of the star Keeping Up With the Kardashians at the restoration facility. The CEO takes this invasion of privacy as seriously as possible.
Yesterday, the Daily Mail shared an exclusive story that Scott was reviewing rehabilitation after coming back again after cocaine and alcohol abuse because of the closure while he was having problems with the ex and his family.
The shocking story was a clear violation of HIPAA laws and even accompanied Scott in a festive look in uniform through a zooming session.
As soon as the story hit the blow, Disick left the facility to return home to Los Angeles.
His lawyer denied any allegations of substance abuse and insisted it would be appropriate to deal with the grief of the loss of his two parents within a few months in 2013.
The lawyer went on to say that a lawsuit would definitely be filed.
Noah Nordheimer issued a statement to Entertainment Tonight which reads: ‘My team and I are aware of information released on May 4, 2020 by the Daily Mail and other communications sources pertaining to the North North Lodge (APN) Lodge. Protecting our clients’ personal and confidential information is paramount to us. It is APN’s strict policy not to publicly disclose patient-specific information, including whether or not a particular client is being treated at our facility or inquiring about our services. If it is determined that any information relating to any client has ever been obtained from APN facilities and communicated to a media outlet, APN will take all legal action against that person, including cooperation with law enforcement and other government agencies. The APN Lodge team is overwhelmingly a group dedicated to improving each other’s lives, and we are sick of any publicity that reports on a person’s life struggles without their consent. ”
