OK, This 2020 Musical With Andrew Rannells and Jimmy Fallon Is Too Relatable

It’s been one hell of a year, but Andrew Rannells and Jimmy Fallon have done their part to make it just a little more bearable. During Monday’s episode of The Tonight Show, the pair gave 2020 the Broadway treatment as they recapped it through song. From Fallon reminiscing about seeing concerts in person to Rannells wondering if he’s lost his sanity due to an obsession with cheese, it’s almost unsettling how relatable it all is. While the duo sang parodies of everything from West Side Story‘s “America” to Hamilton‘s “My Shot,” the real highlights were the parodies from The Book of Mormon, which Rannells starred in from 2011-2012 and originated the role of Elder Price. Although you might not want to remember such a garbage year, you can watch their full recap above.
