As Kevin Hart fans know, he got involved in a $ 60 million lawsuit because of the S * x tape controversy he was involved with in 2017. Hip-Hop Hot New reported today that Kevin recorded a massive victory because the lawsuit was thrown out of court.
Despite the fact that Quinn cultivated a reputation as a hard-working and pointless employee and a great person to be around, he was involved in a number of controversies, mostly related to his personal life. Furthermore, he has been in a terrible car accident for the past year.
As previously reported, someone tried to blackmail the standupist in the islands to release a sex tape. Montia Savag was the woman involved in the videotape, and she accused Kevin Hart of deliberately leaking the recording for the sake of publicity.
It makes no sense to assume that Kevin won’t do such a thing especially considering that he is still married to Eniko Parish and they have children together, but it is neither here nor there. Regardless, the blast picked up court documents confirming the news today.
The lawsuit was dropped out of court for an interesting reason, notably the fact that it was “brought to the wrong place,” a California federal judge ruled. The order states that because everyone involved in the lawsuit lives in California, it was not a federal government matter, and instead it belonged to the state court system.
The lawsuit has caused trouble for Kevin in the past. Earlier this year, Quinn tried to drop the lawsuit because he claimed the person who served them simply threw all the documents out of a car window at a security guard near his home.
Furthermore, Kevin has also disqualified additional $ 7 million claims, so the operation is definitely successful right now. In other words, Quinn seems to have a solid luck.

As noted above, last year Kevin, Jared Black and Rebecca Brockerman were involved in a car accident that almost took their lives.
