Kelly Clarkson never ceases to amaze us with her incredible music covers. During the Dec. 14 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson teamed up with country singer Garth Brooks for a special performance of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” from 2018’s A Star Is Born, and it was just plain beautiful. Between Clarkson’s chill-inducing vocals to the way the two harmonized together, we thought we’d heard every “Shallow” cover under the sun by now, but we were wrong. As you may recall, Clarkson previously covered the track back in 2019, but this version with Brooks hits totally different. Watch their duet above now.
