Ama Qamata and Khosi Ngema star as long-lost sisters Puleng and Fikile, respectively, on Netflix’s South African teen drama series Blood & Water. While their onscreen relationship is more than complicated, to say the least, thanks to the show, Ama and Khosi have actually developed a sisterly bond in real life. For Khosi’s 21st birthday this past November, Ama posted a sweet tribute on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Thank you for being an incredible friend, sister & colleague.
