All the Character Cameos in Psych 2: Lassie come Home

Six years have passed since that Psych went off the air and three years since the release of Psych: The Moviebut in Psych 2: Lassie Come Homeit feels as if time has not passed for our heroes, Shawn Spencer (James Roday) and Burton “Gus” Guster (Dulé Hill). This time, they are there to help your friend Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) while recovering from both a gunshot and a punch in the Herschel of the Home from the Hospital. It is worth noting that the argument that involves Lassiter recovery of mirrors Omundson for the actual recovery of the stroke I had in April of 2017, which led to his reduced role in Psych: The Movie.

While Shawn and Gus sneak around Santa Barbara trying to solve Lassiter’s case, your significant other, Juliet O’hara (Maggie Lawson) and Selene (played by Hill’s real-life wife Jazmyn Simon), do some sneaking around of his own; Juliet tries to find the missing bullet Lassiter of the case, and Selene tries to find out if Gus is cheating on her with Lassiter to the nurse, Dolores (Sarah Chalke). Of course, none of the groups is done without enlisting the help; Shawn and Gus to get some help from Shawn’s father, Henry (Corbin Bernsen) and Juliet gets help from Chief Vick (Kirsten Nelson).

The film is full of references, nicknames, and the ridiculous antics that you would expect in a follow-up Psych movie. It is also the perfect tribute to Omundson, who it was nice to see return as the Lassiter people they know and love. That said, there is nothing in the film comes out, as it is expected for the research duo, and while Lassiter is worried that he can see things — including the ghost of his father (played by Omundson friend of Joel McHale) — Shawn and Gus run into a few old friends along the way. Keep reading to see who the familiar faces are and what role they play in Psych 2: Lassie Come Home, which is now streaming on peacock.
