The challenge uses Erica’s song “Buss It,” which samples “Hot in Herre” by Nelly and was released in June 2020. In the challenge, people switch from a “before” stage to an “after” when the beat drops, revealing a surprise slay. Of course, celebs like Gabrielle Union, Monica, Rico Nasty, and even Erica herself have fully bodied the challenge, making us wonder whether or not it’s time to attempt it ourselves.
