Are you ready to return to Bayside High? Well, we’re all a step closer after the NBC streaming service, the peacock, released the latest teaser trailer of the Saved by the Bell to restart the system. In the new clip shared in August. 10, Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley are back to A. C. Slater and Jessie Spano, with a twist. Yes, you’re going to see Slater wandering the Bayside rooms again, but this time it’s a gymnastics teacher — Jessie and Zack Morris that the children are the students!
Although Mark-Paul Gosselaar does not make a cameo in this clip, we have a behind the scenes look at her transformation in Zack, now governor of California. The reboot picks up after that Zack decides to close many low-income schools, and send students to Bayside, in your place. Apart from the original Saved by the Bell the crew, the cast includes Josie Totah, Dexter Darden, Mitchell Hoog (as Zack’s son Mac), and Belmont Cameli (as Jessie the son of Jamie). There are still a lot of unknowns about the series — as a departure date, but we’re just excited to see this reunion become a reality. Watch the latest teaser trailer above.
