It's Here: Selena Gomez Drops Her Spanish Song, "De Una Vez," and the Video Is So Dreamy

It looks like the rumors were true! On Jan. 14, Selena Gomez dropped her second Spanish-language single titled “De Una Vez” following the 2018 release of “Taki Taki” with Cardi B and Ozuna. The pop ballad is all about healing and overcoming heartbreak, and the video sees her wearing a pink floral dress as she dances around a retro home. “This is the beginning of something I’ve wanted to explore for so long,” Gomez tweeted. “I hope you love it as much as I do.”

Gomez’s father is of Mexican descent, and the singer has previously opened up about wanting to learn Spanish. Well, it looks like she finally did. “When my family came here from Mexico they set into motion my American story, as well as theirs,” Selena said in a virtual graduation video back in May. “I’m a proud third-generation American-Mexican.” Watch the video for “De Una Vez” above now.
