While sleigh bells were jingling and ring-ting-tingling, Christina Aguilera was busy bringing down the house on Late Night With Seth Meyers with her cover of “The Christmas Song,” made famous by Nat King Cole. Posed in front of a festive winding staircase and a Christmas tree dressed to the nines, Aguilera eased into the soothing melody before ripping into every high note with the force of a 100 flying reindeer.
After watching this performance for the fifth time in a row, we still have chills (and it has nothing to do with the snowy weather).
