Britney Spears Drops New Song “Swimming in the Stars” to Celebrate 39 Trips Around the Sun

My fellow Sagittarius queen Britney Spears has gifted us with a new song to ring in her 39th birthday! On Dec. 2, the singer dropped her tune “Swimming in the Stars,” which was a previously unreleased track from her 2016 album, Glory. The song was first available for purchase as a vinyl exclusively through Urban Outfitters in November, but it’s now available to stream. It features heavy celestial synths and drums as Spears croons about becoming wrapped up in an ethereal romance. “So let’s go / Swimming in the stars tonight,” she says. “Oh, and we’ll glow / And shimmer in the diamond lights.” Check out the song and its mesmerizing visualizer above!
