Years later, William Balfour, was condemned for the murder of three members of the family of Jennifer Hudson, the alleged killer spoke to a local ABC, in Chicago, in order to make their own innocence. “I didn’t have anything to do with the murder of his family. Point is,” he said to the computer, ABC7’s I-Team in Chicago.

However, at the hearing, the statements in the Balfour, a spokesman for the State public prosecutor’s office in the County of Cook issued an official statement: “The defendant has been convicted of these heinous crimes, including murder and cruel to a young boy of 7 years old, after a long trial before a jury of the county of Cook’. He went on to say, “If you gave all of your legal rights and give you the opportunity to present a defense is significant. The evidence established the guilt of the person accused of these crimes, the unspeakable has been overwhelming”.

In spite of the statements in the Balfour, Hudson, who attended every day of the trial, he said on the Show that you have already forgiven the man who murdered her mother, brother and nephew shortly after he was condemned.

“For the most part, it’s not your fault,” he said, and raised it during an appearance on the The Oprah’s next chapter. “That’s what he was taught to do, as they have created. I never had a chance. If you had the love my mother gave us, or the background that, you know that some of you have, so you’ve had a chance.”

She said, ” it is… [T]The greatest gift given us by our mother was to present to Christ, and to train us in the church. I feel like this is on the basis that it is in the database, and that’s what keeps me, without a doubt, severely punished, and I think about it all the time.”
