Watch of Mindy Kaling Explain Gen Z Slang in This Fun Video

We can always count on Mindy Kaling for a good laugh, and this time she gives us a lesson in the Gen Z slang. In the promotion of its I’ve Never the series, Mindy shared a fun Instagram video Monday, in which he explains the meaning of some popular ancient words and phrases. To be fair, she totally knows what “lewk” and “taken away” means, however, I don’t think she is going to be the use of the phrase “to take a “L” anytime soon. “It’s like taking a chill pill?” she asks. “A ‘L’ is a new type of drug that I don’t know about that young people are taking?” If you need a laugh today, watch the video above now and then, check out the moment in which she learned of a British slang of Emma Thompson.
