Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting another baby! The royals will be expanding to a family of four soon, and we’re thrilled. “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child,” a spokesperson told POPSUGAR on Valentine’s Day.
This news comes a few months after Meghan revealed she had a pregnancy loss back in July. She opened up about the heartbreaking experience in a story for the New York Times, and wrote, “Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few.”
Meghan and Harry have made a point of prioritizing their family throughout their time as a married royal couple, especially as they welcomed Archie in May 2019 and stepped down from their official positions last year. They haven’t announced an official due date, but a source told Us Weekly the baby is expected to come in the spring. We wish the royals all the best in this exciting new chapter.
